fantastic location just off the city center as well as the market square, restaurants and bars, and the room was clean.

Everything was very good during our stay, and the hotel was conveniently located 20 km from the airport, perfect for families with kids.

From start to finish - a nice experience during vacation. Great and good setting right by the centre, the Center of the Old Town and Rynek square. Btw, located in the heart of the Old Town.

Slept well on a comfy bed. It had a common bathroom. The location was fantastic within a 5-minute stroll of Main Market Square: D

The staff here is great and made our vacation experience very pleasant with no complaints.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the old town and public transportation. the apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The walk to the main square was a short distance, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions.

The lack of a reception desk was inconvenient, and although collecting the keys was not an issue, it may not be a preferred option for future stays. the key safe numbers were difficult to see in the dimly lit access area, requiring the use of a phone light.

Excellent place for exploring Krakow.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Quarters of Krakow. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the mattresses provided a good night's sleep. We particularly liked that there were two separate bedrooms, offering privacy for everyone. The kitchenette was well-equipped for preparing light meals, and the proximity to restaurants and attractions was a bonus. It was also nice and quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

There were a few drawbacks. The bathroom door was broken and could only be kept closed by locking it.

Supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the area. Perfect for short-term stays, with child-friendly separate bed. Cozy room with cooking utilities, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed with good curtains for darkness.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the old town and surrounded by great restaurants and attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with two rooms and small fridges and TVs in each. The kitchenette was stocked with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues with the shower and TV in other rooms, my experience was overall enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at On/Set Aparthotel. The apartment was beautiful, convenient, clean, and perfect for our group of four. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk to the old town and with plenty of public transport options nearby. We found it quiet and peaceful, which was a pleasant surprise. The keys and instructions were easy to locate, making check-in a breeze.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few drawbacks. we encountered some issues with the amenities.

The location, mattresses, separate bedrooms, easy to find and access, spotless apartment, modern facilities.

The location here is fantastic, within walking distance from the Main Square and close to everything.

We stayed at this cozy aparthotel for a few nights and it was perfect for our family of four. The location couldn't have been better, just a 3-minute walk from the old city. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the administrator was responsive and helpful. We also loved the cool frying pans provided - a unique touch we hadn't seen in other hotels. our stay was comfortable, convenient, and worth every penny.
